All new construction, repair or reconstruction of boat docks requires a Belle Isle Permit Application. If you are making minor repairs, there may be no charge. If you are redecking or rebuilding a fee of $165.00 may apply. Failure to obtain the necessary permit will result in a double fee or StopWork. If not in compliance, additional fines may be imposed and the work may have to be removed. Reroofs require Product Approval Form and Paperwork.
