The City of Belle Isle is currently monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak in Florida.

Until further notice, City Hall and Police Station lobbies are currently closed to the public.

City services will remain available, with reduced staff when possible. We encourage those making payments to pay via email by submitting a Credit Authorization Form found on the City’s website.

Boat Ramps

Perkins and Venetian boat ramps are opened to residents only.  The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission of the State of Florida acts under the authority of Article IV, Section 9, of the Florida Constitution.  In order to protect the public from the continued spread of COVID-19 FWC issued an Executive Order today stating that effective immediately

  1. Recreational vessel occupancy is limited to no more than 10 persons per vessel; and

  2. A minimum distance of 50 feet between recreational vessels and any other vessel shall be maintained unless they are underway and not tied together.

The "Sand Bar" is not a mooring field.  All City of Belle Isle boat ramps will remain closed until further notice.

The Belle Isle Police Department and the Orange County Sheriff's Office Marine Patrol Units will be on the lake to ensure compliance.
