Hurricane (Tropical Storm) Dorian Update - Sept 3
Yard, Garbage and Recycling Collection
Belle Isle Residents,
As we continue to monitor Hurricane Dorian, at this time, it appears that Central Florida will not experience the brunt of the storm, though we may experience strong winds and rain this evening through tomorrow afternoon.
After postponing Monday & Tuesday routes, we are planning to resume all services in Belle Isle tomorrow Wednesday, September 4th for garbage, recyclables and yard waste. Our goal is to complete all of Monday and Tuesday routes on Wednesday. This means we should be caught up and back to our normal schedule for Friday pickups. We will keep you posted as to our progress.
Thank you for your support.
SPECIAL NEEDS RESIDENTS
The City of Belle Isle Police will be checking on our residents whom we know to have special health needs, I would like to ask you to please consider checking on any of your neighbors who may be elderly or who may have special needs during this time.
