Zoning Permits

Zoning Fees may have changed - Please call City Hall for the new fee Schedule as of October 1, 2022-2023.

Please call or email for a pickup time or status on your zoning permit - City Hall 407-851-7730 or email Admin to schedule a time.

• When emailing, please include your address and contact number.
• Please download and complete your permit forms. You can email it or bring it with you. They can be accessed using the links on this page.
• Payments may be rendered with either check, cash, or credit card (a fee of $1.50 for every $50.00 will be incurred).
• Masks are recommended for visitors to the Admin office. We have extras if you need them.
• As always, only residents of the City of Belle Isle are eligible to purchase Perkins Boat Ramp Stickers.
• All zoning permit applications must be submitted to City Hall for review and approval.
• If your zoning permit requires a review, the City Planner will review the permit application.  If it complies with city code requirements, the application will be approved, and a fee will be assessed.  Zoning inspections must be scheduled in advance via email to the City Planner at planner@belleislefl.gov or by calling City Hall at 407-851-7730 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
