2024 Election

The City Clerk oversees qualifying for municipal elections. City Council members serve three-year terms. Candidates must be registered voters and live within city boundaries for at least one year before qualifying. Qualifying Date: November 13, 2023 - November 17, 2023

Municipal Election Day:  March 19, 2024 

Run-Off Election:  April 16, 2024 (if necessary)

Primary Election:  August 20, 2024

General Election:  November 5, 2024

Districts 5 and 6 are open for qualifying.  Current Commissioners are,
